According to website audits, the current website displayed a "lack of emotional engagement" in both imagery and copy. Specific client requests included a "stronger focus on graduate success via pullout quotes (testimonials) and "stronger imagery of graduates in professional positions", "better use of iconography" as well as "more continuity of the print collateral and colour styling". Cleaner user pathways in regards to their course information, college information and location details were also requested.
